Meet the Artist
Hey ya’ll I’m Ashley, artist & owner of Oh So Darling Studio.
Let me tell you a little bit about me.
When I was in grade school, my favorite time of day was art class. As I got older, this love never faded.
I am now a stay at home mom & wife. I have 2 children, one of which is on the autism spectrum.
Painting has always been a passion of mine & I absolutely love creating these oh so darling door hangers, wreath attachments & more.
Before I started painting door hangers you could find me painting the walls of my home. Although my walls didn’t have cute polka dots, florals & glitter, I loved painting. I honestly can’t tell you how many different colors & coats of paint are on my walls.
As someone who suffers from severe anxiety & depression painting has become an outlet for me.
When I’m painting, the world is so still & silent, my brain stays concentrated on what I’m doing & that is all. My brain isn’t racing with a million thoughts.
Some days I just need a good jam session while painting.

I love meeting new people & learning who they are & where they’re from. I don’t know why but I make friends easier virtually than in person. Eventually I meet those friends in person & I don’t have that awkward feeling of “I don’t know how to converse with them” because I feel like we kinda know each other already. I’ve met some amazing women on this business journey of mine. Some I’ve met in person & we will be life long friends & I hope you reading this, yes, YOU & I will become life long friends. Anyways, enough of my ramblings. I hope you absolutely love my work & the empire I am building.
